Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady have struck up a friendship as she looks to buy a vacation home in his exclusive Bahamian neighborhood, multiple sources confirm to Page Six.
Kardashian got Brady’s advice ahead of making a trip to look at property at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community in the Bahamas, we’re told.

The 42-year-old reality star — who’s been single since splitting with Pete Davidson last August — flew out to the Bahamas this weekend and was spotted touring the resort.
A well-placed source tells Page Six: “Kim really likes Tom. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay.”

However, the insider tells us there’s currently “no romance” between the two, but there’s always a possibility.

Kardashian was seen being driven around the resort in a golf cart, although it did not belong to Brady, despite rumors, we’re told.
The retired NFL pro, 45, was not in the Bahamas during the Skims founder’s tour.

Brady bought the tropical vacation home with his now-ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, many years ago.
The former couple jetted off to Baker’s Bay to work on their marriage while the now-retired quarterback took 11 days off from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ training camp last summer.
Kardashian, for her part, has a history of romancing professional athletes.
