An Indian Twitter user has shared images of her dead relative who passed on after her phone exploded in the middle of the night.
There have been a series of reports on how phones have exploded and taken the lives of people. Many people have linked these explosions of phones to faults in the phones while others have linked these explosions to the radiations from the phones.
According to the Twitter user who shared the piece of news about the explosion and the death of his relative, her dead relative used Redmi 6A handset. He disclosed that his Aunty kept the handset very close to her face while she was sleeping.
He further disclosed that his dead aunty kept the phone on the pillow where she slept. The Twitter user has shared images of his dead aunty and the damaged phone while tagging the handset company, Redmi India.
“Hi, @RedmiIndia @manukumarjain @s_anuj Yesterday at Night my Aunty was found dead, she was using Redmi 6A, she was sleeping & she kept the phone near her face on pillow side & after some time her phone blast. It’s a bad time for us. It’s a responsibility of a brand to support”.
